Here's my workout when i have a chance
Pyramid bench press - 280lbs. set

Upper Body
3x10 set Curls - 95 lbs.
3x10 set Tricep Extensions - 90 - 120 lbs.
Outer Pec free weight bench - 60 lbs. dumbbells
3x10 set Close Grip Bench - 155 lbs. to 195 lbs.

Legs
3x10 Squats - 395 lbs. - 450 lbs.
3x20 Leg extensions - 90 lbs. - 130 lbs.
3x10 set Lunges - 60 lbs. - 90 lbs.
3x30 Calf extensions - 225 lbs. - 315 lbs.
3x15 Hamstring - 90 lbs. - 120 lbs.
