well it is all in the title I believe!
I've got a few autocad files to modify and this forces me every time to go back to windows, I don't have to do it often but that is why I don't delete my win partition...
so...any suggestion?

thank you , I knew for LX-Viewer but I need to be able to edit...![]()
You might want to look into Codeweaver's products.

well..I was hoping to a more decent way to go than with wine ...
and even though I seems reading the coments that It doesn't work completely...and we are talking about autocad2000...a 6+ years old version not a more recent one (any more recent is either non tested or non working...or both)...
so far I'm a bit disapointed as If there is something that could well use linux stability and efficiency it is autocad or any 2D/3D CAD software...don't you think...I had some windows crashes that have been very anoying in the past....
There is tons of mail software a dozen of browsers good softs to edit images and photos softs to create websites at least four decent word processor
...and not a decent CAD soft? there are lots of little ones but nothing that can be in the same category as autocad...like gimp is for photoshop...
disapointing...really!

There are a few, but they are not free. I'll see if I can't track them down again. I remember looking for the same thing a year ago, but it came down to a bunch of commercial products for a feasible solution.
