i m new in linux
i want to install DNS in linux
some one told me u have to install BIND and For BIND the following packages need to be installed on the server:
caching-nameserver-a.b
Details ?
bind-a.b
Details ?
bind-utils-a.b
Details ?
Can any one tell me in the detail of these bind packages software details ?

bind-utils = Utilities for querying DNS name servers.
caching-nameserver = The configuration files for setting up a caching name server
bind = A DNS (Domain Name System) server
