    I want to update my mozilla-1.7.8-2.I am using Fedora Core-4.Where can i get it from?

    Mozilla.org ? Look for rpm format file to download.

    Download rpm package. Do "rpm -u <package>" as root.

    If you use software update manger such as yum, then you do "yum update firefox", I think. this page should help you further.
