New Colors

I decided to change the colors on the forum slightly so that it is a little brighter. The gray background was replaced with white.

I may also tweak the colors of some of the menus to make them more alive. The blue's will remain, but some of the tan colors could go.

I'll keep a record of the old colors just in case.
