New Forum Features

I'm looking through the vBulletin updated features and wondered whether anyone is interested in activating some of them:

1. Automatic RSS feed aggregator: Selected RSS feeds can be automatically be inserted into an existing forum. This news forum could be set to automatically delete older posts.
2. Infraction Levels: After infractions of forum rules, moderators can assign penalty points to users. After passing successive thresholds, further permissions can be revoked.Each infraction level has an expiration time. When the infraction expires, the associated points are removed from the user's point total and the user's infraction groups are recalculated. The forums are largely self policing, so this may not be necessary. It's tempting for use with spammers as a threshold could be set at which users automatically become "banned". A simple "1" point infraction could cause people to become banned by moderators.
