    Removing/Disabling the mouse

    All:

I have a dual head setup where i want to have the mouse available on the left hand monitor, but not the right hand monitor. Is there a way to specify something like that in X?

I know that this is a strange question... but these are strange times :-)

If anyone knows a way to say, "Mouse Pointers boundaries are limited to display :0.0, and can't go to 0.1" or something like that, I would greatly appreciate any help you might be able to provide.

    Thanks in advance,
    Skenderbeg

Not as far as I can tell. What is the purpose of this? If you are looking for a way to monitor applications or whatnot, howabout using a second X session and just launch them on that screen. I would copy your current xorg.conf and just edit out the mouse and keyboard to not work (and kill the warning about no mouse device and keyboard too) and have it pipe to the second monitor. This does use some more resources, but will accomplish the task.
