wordpress themes

hey guys I got a problem with wordpress, any of the themes that I use never how up outside of my network. when I view it it looks fine to me but to other it looks like this.

Can you also post how it looks from internal network?

I don't know if you got this solved but this happens if you don't have the URI, URL stuff setup properly.
