Hello
I am trying to escape from Bill to free world
but it's a big jump.
I use in parallel Mandrake 10.1 & Suse 9.1 on 2 different PCs.
I noticed that printing pictures in color like
http://www.google.com/intl/fr/
using my S630 under linux ( suse or mandrake) gives bad quality prints.
I do not see the penguin !
Same picture in B&W on Brother 1230 is good.
So it is linked with S630 driver under linux.
CUPS propose only 600 x 600 resolution, S630 goes much higher.
So my question is what must I do to print and see the penguin ?
Thanks

My crime is that of curiosity. My crime is that of judging people by what they say and think, not what they look like. My crime is that of outsmarting you, something that you will never forgive.
Thanks
I already tried before entering this forum.
It does not work for pictures.
By the way the proposed driver is Canon BJC 8200
So so
I continued searching and I found one commercial product 30 €
that seems to work well (I do'nt want to make advertising).
I found this tricky
Is there any other track to investigate ?
