Need help with configuring wireless internet on a fresh Kubuntu install
Hello,
I just installed Kubuntu dapper flight 6 on a friend's laptop. He has a speedtouch 121g Thomson Wireless 802 USB adaptor that he'd like to use. But I have no idea at all how to get such a thing to work. lsusb sees it:

If I try kwifimanager it cant find the interface nor it can find any networks
How can I make wireless internet work?

There was a PET about ndiswrapper and wireless setup on LJR but it didn't make it over since Gorn never gave permission to carry it over (IIRC). Check that first. I was going to re-write it but never got around to it yet.
