    PIC Programming On Unix Systems

    Hi all,
    I need documents that about the PIC Programming on Unix Systems.. I can't find
    an overall documents about this..

    I would suggest buying a 8051 dock with a serial connection, if anything. As for software, you are pretty much on your own. I don't know exactly what you are planning to do with it, but if you are thinking about installing on a PIC and trying to run off it, use a Soekris system, and save the time. If you are thinking about writing your own embedded OS, I would just look at books like Embedded C, or anything dealing with 8051 programming (generally the same for any PIC).
