What Red Hat Revision are you using, and on what platform (parisc, x86, SPARC)?
Our Linux guru intern left us for a real job and I don't know where to start looking for a solution to this problem. All I've found online are cryptic things I don't understand. My plans are to take some classes in Unix and Linux after I finish the Windows 2003 Server series but we need to deal with this problem now.
Is there an easy way to upgrade our Red Hat Linux to stop getting the following message in our BASH script?
"program parted is using a depreciated SCSI ioctl, please convert it to SG_IO"
Thank you!

How do I tell? lol
I wasn't kidding about being a complete newbie to this.
