    As a sysad and newbie to linux this tool works for me perfectly.

    With webmin you have all the tools you need to manage your system with ease. If you are managing some network services and you want to use all the features you can but dont have time to work on it on a console, this tool is for you.

    I use Webmin. Nice and easy. Not as much flexibility as the console, but it works.

    I feel however that if you don't know how to use the CLI, you might as well no try playing around with Webmin. You'll only open yourself up to security risks, breaking your system, etc.
