    What whould be the best window manager for this system :

    Intel Celeron 700 MHZ
    128MB RAM
    8GB Harddisk
    etc...

    Fluxbox would work decent on that setup as well.

    Use the one you like, the one that suits you best.

    yep. I'm using Fluxbox now and I like it. I might try xfce and icewm.
