    Html Help!!!

I am working on developing my web site to host my linux distro on and everything that i have learned about building a linux distro but i am haveing a problem with html every web browser i use to view my site seems to render it differantly.

    Konqueror Kde 3.3.2

    Internet Explorer 6

    Firefox 1.03

Does anyone now what the hell i am doing wrong?

Konqueror shows it how it should look.

Internet Exsplorer just totaly fucks it up the time is off set and on the button graphics you can see an off color white and the mane white page is not centered.

Firefox shows it properly but if you look closely on the right side where the date should be (that is php code to display the current date) and it is off set.

The only frame's even used are for the php code (date on the blackbar) everything else is in a table.
    Am i doing something wrong?
One tiny little frame shouldnt cause this mess is there some way to make them all render the same?
Quanta and nvu both display them right but dreamweaver doesnt.
maybe i should just do this in a text editor?

So what i am thinking is forget about ever useing frames and post a notice that microsoft web browsers suck and dont display this page properly who would have ever known that i could use Internet Explorer to show a really good example why windows and microsoft products suck.
and promte my own linux at the same time
And i will just write a little php script that redirects anyone to mozilla that isnt useing a browser that displays this page properly that only being Internet exsplorer and msn.

I am still bumbed about not being able to use frames they make things easyer and harder at the same time.
Hell i didnt even think i was going to be able to make it look that good without frames but i did.

Wow, emm, there is alot of extra code there. Hey CT, why don't you just send me the original file, Photoshop/Gimp and I will make the page templates for you. I can whip out an HTML page in a matter of minutes if you give me the original stuff.

You can just send it to jeffreyrobbins@gmail.com

I purchased comtuxaps.com yesterday so hopefull tomarrow the name server redirect will be setup.
It takes 72 hours seems like a long time.
I was very tempted to take you up on your offer but when i tried to come back to linuxfoo to get your gmail address the foo was laging really bad and then once that had cleared up gmail was haveing trouble some kinda weard error.
So i took that as a sign and started over and fixed the problems nvu is cool and all but it makes one hellll of a mess of your code.

Sounds good CT. Glad to hear you got it up and running. That makes sense about Nvu, since its based off of the Composer code base it probably uses alot of the old composer routines to render the code, it was a mess back in the day too. :-(
