MySQL dump HOWTO?

Hi Gurus,

I have a requirement to show my server's mySQL DB structure using full dump.

Anyone care to help me how to accomplish this task?

Do you have phpmyadmin? (That would make it -really- easy...)

Yes, I do have phpMyAdmin but how can I open the database I need while I cannot see my required database that needs to be dumped from the list of databases?
