how to configure Email Server

Hi all ..
Please i wana configure an Email Server Using redhat 9 linux .
I can do DNS and DHCP and Webserver on linux Using this mnue:
System Settings => Server Settings =>
But till know i can not find how to configure Email Server .
another Question ;D
if I did my server can I Check my emails Using outlook from Ms windows Clint ??!!! ??? ???.

i dont see why you wouldnt be able to check it with Outlook, that is if its not the same computer. I personally have never set up an email server but if you take a look on http://www.tldp.org there should be guides and they are the best.
