i noticed with the new oo, sun has their emblem on the loading picture. Has sun always contributed to oo?

Hmm, i never noticed, maybe redhat removed the symbol when it packaged it.

You know that OO.o is built of the sun staroffice code base?
So of course it has sun stuff in it.
And yea, redhat seems to have removed all the logos of the splash screen.. and it loads up *really* quickly as well ;D ;D ;D
(like 15 seconds)

So sorry alastair, i don't have my OO history book. That came to me when i saw the symbol, but i never thought of it before because redhat adjusted it..
