Is there a way to install a .deb file on a Mandrake installation? I wanted to install Krystal Drop (krystaldrop.sourceforge.net) but I all they seem to have in the lastest version is a .deb file.

You can download alien and turn it into a .rpm file, I think the command is

alien -r <filename>

Wow, cool, I will try that. I did get the source file for KrystalDrop, but it failed ./configure and I had to leave for work. I will have to try it again and see what the error is.
