    Need GRUB help

Hello all. I have Red Hat 9 on a system, and I installed JAMD 0.0.6 on the second HDD of the system, to see if it was any faster (because for some reason, RH is awfully slow on my system). Anyways, the JAMD installation went fine, but it wrote it's own version of GRUB onto the MBR, and the RH9 label will not allow me to boot up RH. The only way I can do this is to boot from my boot disk. I know with LILO, you can just run /sbin/lilo after editing lilo.conf, and the changes to the conf file are reflected on the boot menu. How can I go into Red Hat and rewrite GRUB on the MBR, that way it is back to the way it was? Needless to say, JAMD is coming off of the system, as it wasn't much faster... the only benefit was that it was small enough to fit on one CD. Big whoop... Thanks!
