New Packages

I have recently installed Mandrake 9.1. I was wondering, I went to Mandrake Club to get some additional packages, like Jave plugin and Flash Macromedia Player and plugin. How in the world do you know which ones to get, there are about 5 or 6 of the Flash, but the java there are about 4 pages. This is crazy.
Does anyone have any idea about this?

choose the Linux RPM in self-extracting file > JRE
flash:
http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/...ShockwaveFlash
&Lang=English&P5_Language=English
should work. you may have to manually paste the url into the browser window, as i broke it to fit nicely
