Arueal Vortex 8820 trouble

Hi!

I hade Slackware 8.1 and the I had working sound drives for my aureal 8820 card.
But now when I have installed 9.0 i cant get it to work.

I have search but I havnet found anything about it.

Got any suggestions how to solve it?

I did a quick google search, and found this site:

You may want to d/l and compile this. It should get you going. Although Vortex support is supposed to be in the 2.4.x kernels.

thanks for the help but...i have tried that drive already, it doesnt work in slackware 9.0
