Red Hat 7.1 install on Toshiba Tecra530CDT

I am attempting to install Red Hat 7.1 on a Toshiba 530CT laptop. At boot: I have entered "linux hdX=cdrom" I have tried X=a,b,c,d and I always end up with Red Hat not being able to see my cdrom. During install I do see the message cdrom=ATAPI?.
I know I have an ATAPI cdrom.

Any suggestions on how to proceed.

Do you know what brand, and model # your CD-Rom is?
