In short - nope.
You can use the Lilo or GRUB bootloader from linux to choose Windows tho.
I have WindowsXP on one hard drive and Linux on the other, is it possible to maybe edit my boot.ini file to ask me if I would like to boot the Linux hard drive instead of the Windows? Can that possibly work?

Its better to regret something you have done than to regret something you havent done :P
So then I would need to boot onto the Linux drive and then use the boot loader to reference my Windows load? How would I go about doing that in whichever boot loader is default for RH 8.0?
Also, is there any way that I can possibly make Windows the default one?
Thanks for the help.
You would install Lilo or Grub onto the Windows drive and set that drive to boot first. Within Lilo or Grub, you can pick either Linux or Windows to be the default boot. I have done this in Suse, RedHat (briefly) and now Mandrake.
Okay thanks, and this won't mess my system up in any way if I ever decide to unintall it, right?
There is a procedure for removing lilo or grub from the MBR of Windows. If you ever want to uninstall :-[, you could look it up then.
I've searched all over for a place to get LILO or GRUB for Windows but all I ever find is how to get it in Linux. Can you help me out with a link?
It is not for Windows, it goes in the MBR of your Windows drive. It can be installed from Linux.
Doh.. when you said
"You would install Lilo or Grub onto the Windows drive..."
I thought you mean actually install it into Windows :-X
