Qmail problems (redhat 8)

I am having a problems compiling Qmail

Here is what i got when a ran make

also i tried changing it to libgcc-3.2-7, gcc and cc as my compiler this is the command i ran to get that

rpm -qa |grep gcc

did you run ./configure?
does the README or INSTALL file say anything
