    Hi All,

I've got a spreadsheet that's come across from my M$ days. Its my expenses so its kinda close to my heart ;D ;D

I'm having trouble with printing it though. is insisting on printing it over two pages but I want it on one. When printing in (dare I say it?) Excel, you have the option of scaling so that everything fits onto one page (or whatever you specify) but I'm having trouble finding a similar feature in

Can anyone point me in the right direction, please?

    Thanks ..... Pete

I don't see that feature. :'( Might want to check the OpenOffice website. Maybe file it as an RFE if you can't find anything.

    Guest Calc question - SOLVED

I found the answer all by myself Done as follows.....

Choose Page Preview for your spreadsheet
Right click on the preview and choose Page Layout
Go to Sheet tab and the scaling options are at the bottom.

Its easy when you know how ;D

They really need to move this option to the regular print dialog. Having to look elsewhere for it just doesn't make any sense to me. ???
