    wine can't fine xmessage program

    Hi.

I just installed wine. Whenever I try to run a windows application (like notepad.exe) using the wine command, I get something like

    Warning:
The Wine launcher is unable to find the xmessage program,
which it needs to properly notify you of Wine execution status
    or problems.

I searched for xmessage but could not find a good site that explains this well.

Could someone help me with this.

    Thank you in advance.

xmessage is a program that, well displays a message.
Wine uses it to say 'im trying to run this program'
if you use mandrake, its in the XFree86-contribs rpm on CD 2
    you can find rpms here:
    http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/se...query=xmessage
