What is the best Distro for newbies?

I started on Slackware and I'm staying on Slackware. ;D
(at least until i figure it out or break my computer one) :P
But I think Slack is best for newbies who want to crash and burn hard, learning it all at once. As opposed to the slow path of learning while being productive of Red Hat or Mandrake! :P

I would honestly say, from my experience, Slackware is the best for newbies. I had no idea what was going on with anything, in any distro, until I moved to Slack. Whether or not it's considered the largest hill, it's still the best hill

P.S. My avatar was broke due to size restrictions, so I took yours.
