Remote Control of Linux from Windows Clients

    Hi Everybody:

Thanks in advance to help me.

I am looking for a program that allows me to control remotly a Linux Server from a Win2K/XP machine. I've found X11 and others but I don't thinks this could help me in the way I wanted.

    Thanks

    Sebastian

VNC (http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/) is a popular choice.
A search at Freshmeat (http://www.freshmeat.net or Sourceforge (http://www.sourceforge.net) for "remote x windows" should come up with some other possible solutions as well.

There's also an article about it at Linux Gazette (http://www.linuxgazette.com/issue32/jenkins2.html).

telnet is evil and it's use should be permanently banned.
