    static route

    hi guys,

    my name is Axilleas and I am from Greece.

    I have the following problem:

    my network consists of 2 linux routers (2.2.9).
    Each one has two ethernet cards

    | |
    eth0=212.205.100.10 eth0=212.205.183.15
    | | | |
    | LRP1 | | LRP2 |
    | | | |
    eth1=192.168.1.1 eth1=192.168.2.1
    | |
    | |
    192.168.1.x 192.168.2.x

    I want to make a static route between a host in network 192.168.1.x and a host to network 192.168.2.x

    Can anybody help me ?

    Thanks on advance

    how are the networks connected?
    I dont understand what u want. are the two 212.205.x.x networks connected?
    I dunno wait for jim he's the ledgend that helped me
    I suggest reading the BROWSING.txt
    you can find this with the command:
    locate BROWSING.txt

    otherwise read my previous post- it covers a few subnetting problems (two before your post)

    good luck
    friskydrifter (well i had a go, forgive my newbiness)
    Its better to regret something you have done than to regret something you havent done :P
