Ok guys....I am considering putting a single banner up on the forum, just one....right between the header and the start of the actual section list. If you guys don't want it though, then I have no problem not doing it.Aragorn

Ok...I am currently in a dilema....the only advertiser I seem to be able to find is fastclick....and their ads are far from Linux related...I've limited them to computer type ads...but that tooks some REAL limiting...and I AM NOT going to put shit ads on the site that have nothing to do with what we are about....so it looks like no ads until someone takes an interest! :'( Oh well....

If the site needs cash to operate I would prefer to make a contribution similar to what eazy board does.

What can we offer a hosting company that merits reduced price hosting?

What other Linux Sites do they host? Maybe collective bargaining on behalf of the Linux Community!

Maybe negotiate with other Linux sites to use your host. The more sites you bring in the cheaper your hosting...

I have a few ideas ...

* Sell Linux distros
* Donations
* E-Mail Linux Distros (bigger ones) asking if they would like to advertise on GetLinuxOnline.com (send access_logs with last digits stripped, and other information on site traffic)
