Creative Blaster Audigy Gamer and RH Linux 7.2

I have Redhat Linux 7.2 installed on my Dell Computer. I recently bought and installed the Sound Blaster Audigy Gamer Sound Card. I cannot get the card to work with Redhat Linux 7.2. I've tried sound configuration and that doesn't help me.

Anyone have ideas to make the soundcard work within RH 7.2? Thanks in advance for any help.

You have to use the open source emu10k1 drivers for the audigy, the ones that come with the kernel are not compatible...

Follow the readme in the file to get it to working...that should cure your ailments! ;-)
