Adjust the Refresh Rate in Slack

Ok,I'm back to Slack 8.0 and need to fine tune my refresh rate.So, anyone know how to do this?

Look at the manpage for XF86Config. man XF86Config. Look at the monitor section for the options Mode and ModeLine. BIG WARNING!! IMPROPER SETTINGS CAN CAUSE PERMANENT DAMAGE TO YOUR MONITOR!
