Browser Issues

I don't get it...everything is back to the way it should be....I am confused...ok, I'll toy with it a bit.......

Just checked netscape again today. The single banner on the frontpage is still halfway on top of the Quick Links box. Mozilla 0.9.3 still displays fine. Anyone else seeing this or is this maybe a page rendering issue with netscape 4.78-2 from Roswell (RH 7.2 beta 2)?

Ack...haven't had any other problems. I really can't figure it out because it isn't layers, so nothing should be overlapping anything. I think it has to be a page rendering problem. If anyone else is having this problem, please speak up...
