AOL filed suit against Microsoft again

AOL has filed suit against Microsoft once again. This time over their Netscape Browser. I would hate to see either of these two win a suit but if one has to win then maybe it should be AOL just to teach Microsoft a lesson and hit them where it hurts. The full story is at:

Maybe they should just call it a draw. I guess with the current economic climate some companies will resort to anything to try and make money. :P
