    Why? :P :

    Ok let me see, you need to create a share for each user, accessible only by the user? Correct? Do you have Samba security set to "user"?

    You could do something like this for each user:

    [username]
    comment = My Share
    path = /usr/somewhere/
    valid users = username
    public = no
    writable = yes

    There are bunches of other options you can include. The above is REALLY basic.

    You also need to add each user and their password.

    smbpasswd -a username password

    man smbpasswd for more information.
    Might also take a look at: man smb.conf

    You can browse Samba shares in Nautilus or konqueror. There are some stand alone browsers for Samba shares available. Just search on Samba on http://freshmeat.net
    Thanks very much, I've found a nice client, called Jags

    see ya later ...

    Never heard of that one. Doesn't seem to be actively maintained any longer. The last version was released almost a year ago. :'(
