I was overly cogenial until he said I should have called to make verify if I wanted to be sure. Excuse me! They sent me 3 confirmations and a receipt! I thought I was pretty confirmed to be a go! AUGH! Verizon really does suck, and yes that site is so what my experience has been with that company!
