    clear cache

When you run configure and make to install an app it looks at cached data. I want to run configure and make again but want to clear the cache first. Can someone tell me how this is done?

    Re: clear cache

That should be possible by removing or clearing the file config.cache.

    Re: clear cache

You can also make clean first , that sometimes helps.
