    Redmond Linux??

    Check this out, a former employee of Microsoft has developed his own version of Linux. It is called Redmond Linux....I dare one of you to download it and install it and tell us what you think!

    I was just reading some posts on the BBS, as I wasn't around in the early days, and I saw this. I checked out Lycoris, and all I can say is that I am surprised that they are still in business. It looks just like XP and I am a little shocked that MS hasn't sued them yet.

    that's it..i am just going to have to do it. my system is working well now, and i just can't stand it...

    well, I tried it for about 5 minutes. The install didn't work correctly. I have a pretty basic set of hardware for my second system, but it kept trying to install stuff for onboard video instead of the rage 128... It also wouldn't let me install to any hard drive other than hda, which I was not havin'... Packages would not load... Maybe I should download it again... Nah... Needless to say, I put rh back on.
