Need help picking out a going away present

So one of my old friends just told me that he met a very nice finnish girl and that he'll be moving to Finland in december - after the shock settled in I realised this means I have to do something I suck at, buying presents.

So what do you get the guy who has room for nothing?

Get him an online gift certificate from someplace.

Find a liqour that he likes and get him a nicer bottle of it.

Gift cert to a department store or electronics store.

Gas/Bus card. (dunno how much he drives)

Carton of smokes or log of chew.

Nice cigar.

Nice knife.

Swift kick in the nuts.
