    Firewall/Proxy/AntiVirus Solution

Looking for a good anti-virus, firewall, and proxy solution for a private school. If Im not mistaken, the site wants a box with 3 Nics....one incoming, one for the student lan, and another for the instructors lan.

Anyone have any suggestions in regards to OS and Apps?

Ive taken a look at Clark Connect, but Im not convinced.

take a look at m0n0wall ( http://m0n0.ch/wall/ )it's has a very easy webgui is based on freebsd, it supports many different wan connections and has the ability to make use of bridging, ipsec and so on.
also take a look at pfsense ( http://www.pfsense.com/ ) also based on freebsd, it is based on m0n0wall with some more improvements such as using OpenBSD pf and altq which makes trafficshaping even easier.

I think a complete package such as what you are looking at might be easier.

However, there are free open source alternatives for all the options, and most distributions have packages for them.
Squid for proxy, Shorewall for firewall and ClamAVfor antivirus.

Cool. Then those three have Webmin modules, so you might want to look into it.

    ClamAV webmin module
