The first screenshot on fvwm's website is quite nice looking. I might have to nose around a little to see what can/can't be done with fvwm...it might just get my full-time approval.

Yeah that first one is cool.

I probably will toy with it, since most of the apps I use are the same five or six or whatnot. So menus are rather irrelavent to me these days.

Simplicity, cleanliness, and speed are becoming more and more attractive. KDE is not that. GNOME is the first two, but not necessarily the third (can feel bloated from time to time).
