Fedora Extras (so now Ubuntu can't tease us with universe anymore)

There's something to be said about having no universe repo. Ubuntu's universe is great...provides me with 97% of everything I'd ever need. But since fedora didn't have anything, 3rd party repos spread like wildfire. I remember a huge wealth of software in Dag, freshrpms, and like 5 others.
Still though, it's nice to see the dep/rpm models converging like this.
