Mail Check

Hello All,

What's the best way to go at this? I wan't to have a prog or script check for new mail every so often. If mail exists I want to recieve an e-mail to my phone's e-mail address.

Any suggestions?

I think you can do this with fetchmail and an alias, you may need to use procmail.
