Ah, that's RTFM ( Read The Fine (Freaking?) Manual.
Here is what it means.here's what the cable says:
Stands for Catagory 5 cable.cat5
Isn't it UTP? UnTwisted Pair.udp
This is the cable type ( CM ). This kind of cables are 4 conductors and they are used for 300V maximum and 75 degree C operating limits. C stands for Carrier-circuit application and M stands for Mid-span type installations.type cm
Isn't it 24 AWG? This is the guage specification. The wire is 24 guage in specific to American Wire Guage specification.241wg
So if they hasn't mentioned anywhere being cross-over cable, it's highly likely that it's only patch cables. Some will say it's patch and some won't. But most of the crossover cables I've seen have marking for it.
