One effective way I found is to ignore the troll and they go away after a while when they get bore.

Totally agree. I felt like stating that but didn't know whether I would be out of place.

after reading that thread, if i could have reached thru the computer and choked him i would have.

anyone with children should be furious at him, i'm sorry but he stepped over the line.

I could deal with any of his posts about computer problems but this is a totaly different story
