    can not connect to firewall

I have Linux Fedora core 2 with Mozilla browser in the network. Need to access servers behind firewall. Before I access servers behind firewall I have to auhenticate to firewall with given ip address say x.x.x.x.

There is no problem authenticating firewall from my windows machine and I am using IE browser. That means I get a prompt for user name and password. Fine!

But when I try to access firewall from my linux box that comes with Mozilla, it just can not connect. Note: I can browse internet without problem.

    Any input is appreciated.

    Thanks
