I'd recommend this to anyone that has an SUV with rails (the kind for helping you get in).
Here's how.
1. Find empty parking lot, spectators are good, so long as it's not the fuzz.
2. Stand on the rail on the right side, grab the rack on top, and one of the handles inside of the car (this requies open windows[duh]).
3. Check your life insurance policy.
4. Have the driver punch the gas and get as fast as possible. Make sure they don't make left turns, those are a death sentence, as is slamming on the brakes.
5. Try to beat 70mph.
I took two pictures last time we did this, but they came out shitty, but are available upon request.

I did something similar in Germany about nine years ago. Except that I was planted on the hood of the mini-truck. And my buddy hit the brakes (luckily, he wasn't going more than about 5 or 6 miles an hour). Thankfully, that was the first and only time I've done something that stupid.
