First, while violence is certainly a large problem (and I agree with your comments regarding this) - so is nudity. The entire set of issues that come with sex/nudity/etc. are many and varied.

So many problems occur because of messed up relationships because of our society's relatively recent focus on free sex (if that is the correct term). If you watch any of these talk shows that air in the middle of the day, you're constantly seeing people with problems. While, I admit, you can't take these shows as an accurate indicator, they still illustrate this point.

Instead of focusing on sex, there should be a focus on personality. If you like a person - not that person's looks but the person themself - then you take the relationship to a higher level. Other than that...


And to address your point directly - nudity (and the atmosphere surrounding it) HAS killed people. There have been many, many, fights and outbreaks due to a beautiful woman (which is basically the same thing). If there wasn't such a focus on material beauty, then maybe we wouldn't have some of the problems today.
