    So who else uses Linspire?

So who else here is a Linspire user? Kinda curious. I am awaiting my first paycheck at my new job to renew my CNR membership. God I cant wait ... Too bad I quit before they had instituted their new policies. Now any CNR app you install is yours for life. Granted I would have Gimp 1.0 at my disposal ... but hey, thats what 3 years cab do ...

bad schotty.. this goes in distro section..

Oh and linspire is a nice concept, I understand it ships with KDE - is it possible to get GNOME from CNR (I guess not) ?

either way, FreeBSD stole my heart and I always seem to end up back in the fold no matter what I try out.

I have tried Linspire but couldn't get the 3com nic to work. It seem to have the same problem with the nic that Fedora have with it. Don't work.

I don't know why Linspire wouldn't work. So I dumped it.

Well I am an asshole after all. I have to act like one.

    Yep CNR gives you GNOME.

I always run into weird issues with FreeBSD. Perhaps I just dont get it (more likely the case). I know a few guys who seem to agree that the more linux knowlege one has the worse they are at getting BSD in general. But oh well. I need to get my army of boxes up and going again. I miss having 3 Red Hat boxes, a Slack, a OpenBSD and a whatever I feel like box.

I gave Linspire a try once (when they offered a free ISO after changing names), but did not like it because it was slow.
